Return & Contamination Policy

We know how it can be shopping online, a little pain and pleasure perhaps? 

While it is our personal satisfaction to make the purest oil and most delicious gentle care Mother Earth can gift to us, we know the world of commerce can be a dousy. We want you to obsess over your skin using our oils as much as we do! 

 

For this reason, we will accept returns on all oils that have arrived sealed and broken or sealed and contaminated. We will not accept returns on unsealed oils that has been opened. Once the seal of an oil is broken, clients are encouraged to learn to care for their pure oils and reduce contamination. 

 

We like to encourage care over here. We talk about it a lot. One way we show care, is learning how to value and preserve the life cycle of our oil. Once the oils are out of our house, it is your caring responsibility to look after it. These beautiful magic bottles are vessels filled with life’s medicine, this is how we feel about it. 

 

 Care tips are easy guidelines that can be found on every product. Please email support@jnorganichouse for any questions on caring for your oils. 


If you need a return please send an email to [email protected] if your oil arrives broken, if the seal is broken, or if you believe the oil is contaminated upon receiving it. We will pay for the cost of the product. We do not refund shipping cost.
